| At 12-8 PM | The Helsinki City Marathon race office and expo-area are open |
The race office is located at the Töölö Sports Hall (Töölön Kisahalli, address Paavo Nurmen kuja 1) only during the event 19th-20th August. Entrance from the Mäntymäki-street.
There are no parking areas reserved for the runners. We suggest you to use public transportation.
Outside the event time, the Helsinki City Marathon office is located elsewhere.
Saturday 20th August, 2011
| At 9 AM | The race office of the Helsinki City Marathon and the expo area are opened |
| At 1 PM | The desk to pick up the running numbers is closed |
| At 1 PM | The desk to bring your own drinks (to be taken to the route) is closed |
| At 1 PM | Clothes storage and storage for valuables are opened |
| At 2:30 PM | Valuables storage is closed |
| At 3 PM | The Start of the Helsinki City Marathon on the Mäntymäki street |
| At 9 PM | The race office is closed and the racing time for the Helsinki City Marathon is over. |
